For whatever reason I’ve really taken to love this photo. We were close enough to the mountain side for me to take it at a focal length of 21mm. Which is amazing and frightening.

After that it got colder, the world got quiet,

Home from Alaska. Still going through the mountains of photos that just might rival those seen in the pictures above. More soon. I’m just happy to be warm. But wow, what an incredible adventure.

Alaska Day 2: Talkeetna.
Saw sled dogs and a baby moose on the way up here. In 30 minutes we’re taking a private plane to check out Mount McKinley and the surrounding valley.

Vagabond Blues
