I’m leaving again in just a couple hours for another summer adventure with Josh Ritter.
I’ve packed half of my necessary life for the next 8 days, into Tom Bihn’s Tri-Star bag (pictured above). It’s 6” deep, 19” across. About the size of your normal bookbag. My luggage (Tri-Star, clothing, toiletries) for this trip weighs just over 9 pounds. That’s about the same weight as even the smallest wheelie suitcase when empty. My backpack (Tom Bihn’s Brain Bag) contains the other half of my working life - computer, camera, the works. I wouldn’t travel any other way. And I wouldn’t bring any bag with me other than Tom Bihn. Love those guys.
Maybe I’ll see you at one of the following?:
Aug 11 - Sandpoint, ID - Festival at War Memorial Field
Aug 12 - Boise, ID - The Record Exchange (Bright’s Passage reading)
Aug 14 - San Francisco, CA - Outside Lands Festival
Aug 15 - Taping for Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Aug 16 - San Diego, CA - House Of Blues
Aug 17 - Los Angeles, CA - The Wiltern
